When registering
1. Register
Register with the au pair registration form.
Within 2 weeks, you will be notified by email if you qualify.
2. Interview
Schedule your interview appointment.
By e-mail you will receive a link for the interview where you can choose your own date and time.
3. Match with family
Together with you, we look at the interested profiles and find a suitable match.
4. Collect documents
We will send you instructions to collect the necessary documents, and guide you as needed.
5. Submit application
Once the documents from both parties have been collected, we will submit the application.
6. Preparing arrival au pair
We will prepare you for arrival and arrange travel and insurance with you, so you won't have any unexpected expenses.
7. Arrival of au pair
Once we arrive in the Netherlands, we take care of the last things, such as registering with the municipality, basic health insurance, care allowance and applying for DigiD.
8. Aftercare
We provide full aftercare, keeping in touch with you and the family, offering support in communication and looking for solutions in case of mismatches.
