Establishment of new industry organization: Dutch Au Pair Association (DAPA)
The Hague, June 6, 2025

We are pleased to announce the formation of a new industry organization: the Dutch Au Pair Association (DAPA).

In response to recent developments surrounding Nina Care and with the aim of safeguarding the integrity of the Dutch au pair industry, twelve au pair agencies in the Netherlands have decided to join forces. The cooperation within DAPA aims to present a strong and united voice against undesirable practices that damage the original purpose and reputation of cultural exchange.

DAPA member agencies collectively stand for diligence, quality, transparency and mutual respect within the au pair program.

DAPA supports the IND's role as gatekeeper and actively promotes a safe, careful and valuable exchange program. The association strives for greater transparency, better protection for all involved and the preservation of the Netherlands as a leading host country for au pairs.

Participating agencies:

Au Pair Exclusive, Travel Active, House o Orange Au Pairs, SNAPS, HBN, Nedsa, The Au Pair, Family Au Pair, Complete Au Pair, World Wide Au Pair, Beau Pair, Au Pair Amsterdam.
