My name is María José. I am 19 years old and I am from Colombia, a country full of color, music, and kind people. I have graduated in Early Childhood Education, and I am very excited about the next step in my life. I love learning, teaching, and spending time with children. I live with my mom and my stepfather. I am also very close to my extended family, including my grandparents, my uncles and my little cousin. I really enjoy spending time with my family, especially with my cousin. I often help take care of him when my aunt needs support. I play with him, help prepare his snacks, and make sure he is safe and happy. My family has taught me the importance of love, respect, patience, and responsibility, and to always support each other. I would describe myself as a calm, caring, and responsible person. I like to stay organized and positive, and I always try to make people around me feel comfortable. I am also curious and open to new experiences. One of my biggest dreams is to travel, meet new people, and learn about different cultures and languages. I believe being an au pair is a great opportunity to grow while doing something I truly enjoy, which is taking care of children and being part of a family. In my free time, I love listening to music, doing crafts, and cooking new recipes. I also enjoy quiet moments to relax and recharge. I am proud of my country and would love to share a bit of my culture with you. What inspires me the most is creating meaningful memories and learning from every experience. I hope this journey as an au pair will help me grow and see the world in a new way. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I am really looking forward to meeting you and hopefully becoming part of your family. Warm regards, Majo
