Veronique Rhode "South Africa"
Veronique, her mother (50) grandmother, younger sister (17) and niece (9) lives in Cape Town, South Africa. Her parents are divorced but her father (49) remarried last year. He also lives in Cape Town and works for the City of Cape Town as an electrician.
She completed high school in 2015 at Garlandale high school and in 2016 she studied at ELF MONTESSORI LEVEL 5-6 EDUCATION for 1 year. She received certificates for each course: language, maths, practical life, culture and sensorial.
Currently, she works at a preschool as a teacher’s assistant and a dance choreographer to children of all ages. She belongs to a crew called rebellious dance saints which she is co-leader off. Their aim is to uplift the community, keep the children of the streets and create a platform which enables children to express themselves. They perform in and around there community.
She enjoys working out, hiking, camping, exploring nature and spending time with her family and friends.
When Veronique attended crèche as just a toddler herself she would assist the teachers by feeding, playing or watching the babies while they attended to other children. This means that the love for children was already there but she only realizes it at a later stage when it was brought to her attention by other people and she finally stood in the role of a teacher’s assistant at Little Willow Montessori Preschool. She gets her joy in the whole idea of catering for the educational needs of children. She loves seeing them grow knowing she had a part in it. She is patient, easily adapts to her surroundings, get along well with people and find it easy to connect and bond with children.
She wishes to become an Aupair in the Netherlands to experience living in a foreign country with people who have a different culture and language. This will allow her to grow and become a whole lot more independent. With her many child care skills and experiences, your children are getting a big sister. Someone who is organized and active. Someone who can cook and are neat. Your children will be her number one priority at all times.
After her Aupair year, she wishes to return to South Africa and start a beauty salon, coffee or bakery shop or continue teaching.
